Questions
Does it work without internet? Yes. Billing, printing, stock, khata and reports all work offline. Internet is needed only to start, check the licence, send WhatsApp and back up to Google Drive.
Where is my data kept? On your own PC and phone. Our server keeps only your shop details, licence, payments and device list, never your bills, items or customers.
Is it ready for GST? Yes. Tax invoices and B2B bills with the right CGST, SGST or IGST, plus GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B matching, e-invoice and e-way bill files.
I use Tally. Can I move? Yes. One Tally export brings in customers with udhar, vepari, and items with stock. You can also send data back to Tally for your CA.
Can my staff use it? Yes. Give each person a role and a PIN. A cashier can bill without seeing profit or cancelling bills.
Can it read my vepari’s bills? Yes. Choose the PDF or Excel bill and the purchase fills itself in, matched to your items, with totals and GSTIN checked before you save.
Does the phone need the PC? No. The phone can run a shop on its own, or link to the PC over the shop Wi-Fi.
Which printers work? Any 58 or 80 mm thermal printer, and normal A4 or A5 printers. Barcode labels on A4 sheets or rolls.
Which languages? English, Hindi, Hinglish, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam, Odia and Assamese.
How big a shop can it handle? It is tested with over 5 lakh bills, about 10 years at 150 bills a day.
What happens after the free month? Pick a plan in the app and pay through Razorpay; you get a GST invoice. If a monthly or yearly plan ends, you can still export your data.
Is the phone charged extra? No. One licence covers your PC and phone.
