What StoreSathi prints on it

Title strip: TAX INVOICE across the top, your GSTIN on the left and ORIGINAL FOR RECIPIENT on the right.
Your shop: Name, address, state with its code, GSTIN, phone and email, from your shop settings.
Invoice details: Invoice number for the financial year, date, place of supply, reverse charge and how the bill was paid.
Buyer: Name, address, state, GSTIN and mobile, with a separate box for the shipping address.
Item lines: HSN code, quantity with unit, rate, taxable value, CGST and SGST with their rates, and the line amount.
Totals: Taxable value, each tax, and the grand total, also written out in words.
HSN summary: Taxable value and tax grouped by HSN code, with the tax amount in words.
Getting paid: Your bank details and a scan-to-pay UPI QR for the exact bill amount.
Sign-off: Your declaration, terms and conditions, and the authorised signatory.

Questions

Can I change the design? Yes. StoreSathi has 7 GST invoice designs and 4 shop-bill designs, with your logo and your colour. This sample uses the Classic design on A4.

Can I print it on a thermal printer? Yes. The same bill prints on 58 or 80 mm thermal rolls, on A4 or A5 paper, or as a PDF.

Why are there two copies of the tax amount? The item lines show tax for each item. The HSN summary below adds the same tax up by HSN code, which is how many shops and CAs like to check it.

Is this sample correct for my items? The GST rates and HSN codes here are examples only. Set the HSN code and rate for each of your own items, and check them with your CA.
