What the phone does
With your PC
Pair once. On the PC, open Phones and show the QR. Scan it from the phone. Both stay on your shop Wi-Fi; nothing goes through the internet, and the link is encrypted.
Bill anywhere in the shop. Bills get the PC’s own numbers and the staff member’s role. A bill sent twice is still saved once.
Power cut? The phone keeps billing with slips. When the PC is back, each slip becomes a GST bill with its own date and prices.
Some things stay on the PC: users, backups, year close and wiping the books.
