Privacy

Your bills, items, stock, customers, vepari, khata, GST returns and accounts are saved only on your own PC and phone. They are not sent to our server.

Phone and PC talk over your shop’s Wi-Fi, encrypted, without going through the internet.

Google Drive backups go to your own Google account, always encrypted. StoreSathi can see only the backup files it made itself.

WhatsApp messages are sent from your own WhatsApp.

To run your licence and support, our server keeps:

• You: your name, mobile number and email.
• Your shop: its name, GSTIN (if you give it) and state.
• Your licence: your plan, its dates, and your payment and renewal history.
• Your devices: each PC and phone’s name, type, app version, and when it was first and last seen.
• Support: the questions you send us from the app, and our replies.

The app checks your licence with our server at most once a day.

Google Firebase stores the details above and handles sign-in with your email and password.

Cloudflare runs the server functions the app calls.

Razorpay takes your payments. Your card or UPI details go to Razorpay, not to us; we keep the payment reference and amount.

This website sets no cookies and has no sign-in.
