Where do my details go? Nowhere. The invoice is made in your browser. The form is remembered on this device so you do not have to type your shop details again; use Clear form to remove them.
How do I get a PDF? Press Print or save as PDF, then choose Save as PDF (or Microsoft Print to PDF) as the printer.
Does it work out CGST, SGST and IGST? Yes. If the buyer’s state is the same as yours it shows CGST and SGST; if it is different it shows IGST. Type a GSTIN and its state fills in by itself.
Which GST rate should I use? Use the rate that applies to each item. This tool does not suggest rates; check them with your CA or on the official GST websites.
What does it not do? It does not keep a record of your invoices, number them for you, track stock or udhar, or prepare GST returns. StoreSathi does all of that, on your PC and phone, without internet.
