Terms of use

StoreSathi is made by Alaknanda Infoplus, 714, Pragati IT World, Yogi Chowk, Surat, Gujarat 395006. By installing or using StoreSathi you agree to these terms.

A licence is for one shop: its PC and its phone. You may not sell, rent or share it with another shop, copy the app for others, or try to get around the licence check.

The app and its design remain ours. You own your shop’s data.

Every shop gets one free trial of 30 days from the day it is first activated, with every feature. Starting again on a new login does not give a second trial.

Monthly ₹300, yearly ₹3,000, or a one-time licence at ₹7,000 (launch price, bought by 31 March 2027; ₹9,000 after that). 18% GST is added to every price. The price you pay is fixed at the time you buy.

Payments are made inside the app through Razorpay. Every payment comes with a GST invoice.

These renew by themselves through Razorpay until you stop them in the app. Stopping takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

You get a reminder 7 days before a plan ends. If it is not renewed, the app locks on the end date; you can still export your data.

The app is yours to use for good. The first year of updates and support is included; after that they cost ₹1,500 + GST a year if you want them. If you stop, the app keeps working; only new versions and support stop.

StoreSathi is software you download. Nothing is shipped. Your plan starts in the app as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Refund policy

Your bills, items, customers and accounts are kept on your own PC and phone, not on our servers. StoreSathi makes backups by itself; keep at least one copy somewhere else, such as Google Drive or a pen drive.

Our privacy page says exactly what little we keep.

Privacy

StoreSathi works out GST and prepares returns from what you enter. Check the figures, or have your CA check them, before you file. You are responsible for what you file with the GST portal.

We work hard to keep StoreSathi correct and running, but we cannot promise it will never have a fault. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version; important changes are shown in the app.

These terms follow the laws of India. Any dispute goes to the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
