Payments for the monthly, yearly and one-time plans, and for yearly updates on a one-time licence, are not refunded, in full or in part.
Charged twice by mistake? If the same payment was taken twice, write to us with both payment references and we will return the extra one.
Stopping a plan
Monthly and yearly plans can be stopped any time from the app. No more payments are taken, and the plan runs until the end of the period already paid for. After that the app locks, but you can still export your data.
One-time licence: yearly updates can be stopped any time. The app keeps working; only new versions and support stop.
